The concept of Love has been much used and misused by poets and artists alike. In this collection we explore a more primitive idea of love as a natural force.
Beautiful warm blackcurrant and rose blends together here, infusing the precious metals and glass. Bronze, gold powder, aventurine and a variety of coloured glass shards, powders and thin stems.
The double glass sandwich technique has been used to create each of these pieces.

Eros is love, born from Chaos.
When stripped of all lesser human emotions such as fear, addiction and possessiveness, the true nature of Eros becomes clear.
Eros is silent and delicate, subtle and quiet of voice, easily drowned out by the barking dogs and monkey chatter.
Eros is the life-giving cosmic light, the first born, the substance that binds us. It is selfless and unconditional, long in memory though short in judgement.
