The Story of the Cornucopia Collection
What I have broken, I return tenfold

Tales surrounding the childhood of Zeus are as abundant as his own offspring. In one version, Zeus, hidden from the malice of his father Cronus, was raised by a goat named Amalthea. The goat fed and cared for Zeus. As he was playing one day, he accidentally broke off her horn.
He felt so ashamed, that, in order to redeem himself, he empowered the horn with the divine ability to provide unending nourishment and plenty. Thus the Horn of Plenty, or Cornucopia came into existence.
The horn is a giver of agricultural, mineral and spiritual wealth. Wines, corn and precious metals flow freely from it. Rich and vibrant colours have come to symbolise this Horn of Plenty.
